We are in the wine producing area of Austria so no surprise that they must have somewhere to store it. In Retz we visited the caves under the town where they stored the stuff. Rivers of it in over 20km of caves. It’s cold down there so was glad to get top sides to warm up. Today we went a bit further afield to the Thayatal National Park on the boundary with the Czech Republic. Beautiful forested area with lots of wildlife. Did a hike along the Austrian side of the river and got some much needed excercise.
